HOLD ON, HOW DOES IT REALLY WORK?

It is much easier than you think.

Men and women are matched with a partner from a religious background to learn together Jewish content. The study is done once a week over the phone for about twenty or thirty minutes each session. The “meeting” is set ahead of time to fit the schedule of both partners.

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO TALK ABOUT?

You choose.

 During the calls you may talk about any topic and expand your knowledge of Judaism. Questions may be asked and answers will be given. You may study a book, Halachah, Hashkafah or anything else you wish to learn. We will even mail you; FREE of charge, any book or article you wish to study! Just say the word.

WHO WILL BE MY “CHAVRUTA” PARTNER AND HOW WILL I KNOW HE OR SHE WILL HAVE SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS?

The religious people taking part in this project are not Rabbis or professors but rather common men and women with great knowledge and ability to teach and guide. The learning process will allow both of you to learn together. If a question arises that your “Chavruta” cannot answer he/she will check into it and revisit the topic on your following session.

Not at all!

This program is FREE of all charges without any hidden fees. We recommend you give it a try and if for any reason you aren’t happy you can either change partners or drop the program.

WHO IS LEADING THIS PROGRAM?

JLP ”Chavruta” is a project created and managed by “Ayelet Hashachar

As of now the “Chavruta” project has 16,000 participants. From academia personnel to doctors, students, professionals, retirees and soldiers, all walks of life are taking part in this project.
